Kelly Kassab’s real estate career began in the late nineties during the high-technology bubble with mergers and acquisitions of large-scale commercial developments. She managed multimillion portfolios in fast paced corporate building designs, renovations and relocations across the US and Canada. Kelly has lived, played and worked throughout the Greater Boston and Metro-West suburban areas for the past 25 years. She grew up in the Connecticut and the New York Tri-State Areas where sales and marketing habits began at the early age. As a young child, her father introduced her to the rigors of the home development industry. This influence would resonate over time as she grew into working with major blue chip corporations handling real estate and site operations.
In 2006, Kelly was the founder of Decor Concepts offering residential development consulting services. She applied commercial property development concepts to the residential market. The residential market lacked a method to visualize interior finishes and features the way big corporation had plans drawn for decision making. Kelly was a decade ahead of the trend in offering Visual Software Design Plans. At that time, Kelly had three babies at home and figured out a way to consult with tangible, useful plans. There were no cool apps back then. She was proficient in CAD with insight to create architectural room elevations. Builders would leverage her plans to show clients iron detail, stone and millwork in scalable space plans for major renovations or new construction. An added bonus was her ability to sprinkle in hard or soft treatments with textiles, cabinetry and interior finishes.
"My philosophy is to provide people the knowledge and vision they require to make informed decisions” said, Kelly. I never stop learning and that doesn't require a formal setting to hone skills. As a student of trends, current events and personal development, I am constantly curious—how does that work, how can we be more efficient, what’s that and how can we make it better? I use experience and foresight to proactively address details before they become a concern. When you commit to learning something new in your industry every day, your action radiate success. Kelly draws on her experience to manage critical details with high standards.
Kelly enjoys family, boating, theater, skiing, tennis and golf. She has been married for 17 years and has two sons, a daughter and a Chihuahua pooch. As a long time resident of Hopkinton and the Boston Metro-West area, she believes it’s a great place to live and work. People can drive into Boston for events or go explore trendy restaurants in Worcester County. You can make it to the Cape or jet set up to New Hampshire for a day trip or quick get away.
